Helicopter Pig Hunting Tour 48 hrs (two days & two nights)

This is a full on trip.  It goes like this, depart Urenui Heliport at 2pm. Arrive at Blue Duck lodge at 3.00 pm Evening deer stalk or trout fish optional on arrival at lodge.  Blue Duck lodge has all the comforts of home with rustic charm.  We will cook up a storm on the BBQ. and then an evening Opossum hunt. 

In the morning a hearty hunters breakfast will be served followed by Pig hunting. Soon as the fog clears we head out the back in the helicopter searching for pig sign.  Once we get onto some sign from the helicopter you will be dropped off with your guide for some adrenaline pumping pig hunting action. (packed lunch provided)

This is a natural game reserve, no fences or set stock. This is a real hunting adventure there for we guarantee a good time, not a trophy.  In the afternoon a jetboat ride, Canoe trip or goat shoot is available or combination of all three. In the evening clay bird shooting is available followed by a meal.

Next day after breakfast we head west in the helicopter for a coastal pig hunt on the way home.  Includes 3 hrs Helicopter time, Hunting Guide, Dogs, Rifle, Accommodation & meals.  Location is Retaruke Station in the Wanganui River Valley.  Game includes. Fallow Deer, Red Deer, Pigs, Goats & Trout.
