Landing a rig at Mokau is done with ease as staff are trained in working with helicopters prior to commencing any operation.

Helicopter crewman belt is a fast and safe way of securing personnel in the helicopter.  The driller wears the seatbelt around his waist all day and simply hooks on to a short landyard in the helicopter.
