Over the last three years, PHL have been engaged in Seismic Survey operations both internationally (Papua New Guinea) and locally in the South Island (Waipara in Canterbury, Invercargill and Te Anau). In the past year, we carried out 1600 hours of incident free flying and were commended for our efficient operation.
PHL have CAA approved procedures for all operations, including human sling loading. All of our staff, including casual ground crew, are put through a Helicopter Safety Course. We have a comprehensive Health and Safety Plan and relevant insurance including public liability.
PHL have a team of experienced casual contractors to assist in all facets of our work, should they be required.
Some of the companies we have carried out contracts for are Natural Gas Corporation (Vector), Department of Conservation, MAF, Taranaki Regional Council and various oil and gas companies.
